Bobby went to work for UPS out of high school, and took advantage of their program to pay for college. After a year or so, he realized that extended education was not for him., so he focused on his work with UPS. He rose quickly to management, and he worked there for twelve years. Vormbrock gained an appreciation for learning about people, and better understanding hw to lead them. He also was able to work on his ability to problem solve, which is very beneficial in the real estate business.
At one of his weekly poker games, Bobby met an invited gentleman that talked with him about his business as a real estate agent. Bobby found this line of work to be very interesting, and the invited guest (Bobby’s future father-in-law) found Bobby to be very well suited for it. Bobby then obtained his real estate license (2003) and would sell real estate during the day, and continue his work for UPS in the evenings.
In 2011, Bobby left the shipping business and focused all his efforts on running a real estate business. He and Nicki worked together as a team selling real estate. This partnership was very successful and eventually led to a marriage partnership in 2009 (both partnerships have proven very successful). Nicki’s influence, support, and hard work have been a vital key to the success of their business.
One of the reasons Bobby and Nicki love real estate is because every day holds a different adventure from; touring homes, meeting potential clients, closing a deal, and making buyer’s and seller’s home dreams come true. Vormbrock prides himself and his team for being agents who are personable, honest, hard-working and truly put the needs of the client at the top of their mind. Bobby and Nicki are so thankful for their team, and they credit much of their success to the teams hard work and mutual support.
