Over 75 combined years of experience!
Bobby went to work for UPS out of high school, and took advantage of their program to pay for college. After a year or so, he realized that extended education was not for him., so he focused on his work with UPS. He rose quickly to management, and he worked there for twelve years.
Vormbrock gained an appreciation for learning about people, and better understanding hw to lead them. He also was able to work on his ability to problem solve, which is very beneficial in the real estate business.
One of the reasons Bobby and Nicki love real estate is because every day holds a different adventure from; touring homes, meeting potential clients, closing a deal, and making buyer’s and seller’s home dreams come true. Vormbrock prides himself and his team for being agents who are personable, honest, hard-working and truly put the needs of the client at the top of their mind. Bobby and Nicki are so thankful for their team, and they credit much of their success to the teams hard work and mutual support.
Ever since the first time I used a Realtor to purchase a home, I've thought to myself, "What an amazing way to serve people....and it's fun!" Years later, I'm still in ministry and I have the opportunity to be “That” Realtor who people turn to when they need to purchase or sell a home. I've joined the Vormbrock/Novak Team over at Knob and Key Realty and couldn't be happier!
My wife and I have lived in Mount Washington for over 10 years and now our boys attend school here. We love this community and the people in it. If you are thinking of buying/selling in the area or just have questions, I’d love to talk with you!

Born in Indianapolis, raised in both Kentucky and California, I quickly learned home is where the heart is. My heart resides in good ole' Kentucky, where I raise my 3 girls, chickens, 2 dogs, a turkey, a cat, and a partridge in a pear tree. Where shoes are optional and manners are required. After graduating high school in Southern California, I pursued my extended education, receiving my Bachelor's degree from Sullivan University. I have several years experience in property management which led me to pursue my dreams of working in real estate.
While shoes may be optional here, I make a point to stand in yours. I truly believe the energy you put into building relationships gives way to natural business and great customer service. I look forward to building many relationships here in my old Kentucky home.

I didn’t start in real estate, after college I worked in marketing as a digital strategist. After a while, I realized I had a passion for working with people and sitting behind a computer wasn’t for me. My enthusiasm for helping others helps me connect with clients and provide them with the best service possible. I love this city and the people in it. When I’m not assisting my real estate clients, I enjoy spending time with my wife, playing golf with friends, and doing the fun things this wonderful city has to offer.
Now this is a story all about how her career got flipped turned upside down
And I’d like to take a minute just sit right there
I’ll tell you all about how Crystal Roberts became Crystal Roberts REALTOR®
In insurance and banking is where she played-
mostly around Mount Washington where she spent most of her days.
Chillin out, advising, never acting a fool - helping people grow their wealth and achieve their #goals
When a corona virus showed up and it was definitely no good started making it hard to leave the house and the neighborhood
Her job made some changes and she got scared and said “That’s it I’m fulfilling my dreams and becoming a REALTOR®”
She pulled-
up to Knob & Key Realty not a minute too late
Looked at her community and said “Yo, Homes, sell ya later”
She looked at her license, her time was finally here
To help others dreams come true as Crystal Roberts REALTOR®

I am a proud, lifelong Kentuckian with deep bluegrass roots and an affection for small-town living (born and raised in Fern Creek, resided in Mt Washington for 13 years, and now living just outside of Bloomfield with my husband and two sons). If you're looking for the perfect place to call home, I'd be honored to help!
The past 8 years of counseling, management, & sales has paved the way to my passion! Although I'm a new real estate agent, it has been a religious routine of mine to stay up to date and able to inform friends and family of available homes for years. Now, I can actually assist in making those dreams a reality for my fellow Kentuckians. I grew up in Munfordville, a small town in the "Hart" of Kentucky. I spent 10 years in Louisville & completed my Bachelors of Science at the University of Louisville in 2014. Our family moved to Mount Washington in 2020, and I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. We're home! When I'm not working, you can find me either at a race track (I've drag raced for 12 years), baseball field (our 14 year old Rowen plays competitive baseball), in a deer hut back in Hart County, playing with our baby Wrenley Rae, or out to eat at one of our regular spots (El Nopal, Sake Blue, Halftime's). I look forward to serving y'all
